J Isaac Recruit is passed the vacancies as they occur with full job specifications and briefing, direct contact with the hiring manager and where possible liaising with the relevant HR teams as necessary. Having built in Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s) with the client the process runs at the client’s expectations from outset. Regular updates and meetings are built in to ensure all areas of the clients recruitment needs are achieved.
Recruitment Process
We will ensure you have a full and complete understanding of the job roles, the on going projects, the local company culture, the locations and any other relevant information . Within our recommended approach candidates would be contacted, screened and face to face interviews would take place. All candidates would have to pass through a thorough recruitment process. This Involves.
- Candidate telephone screening interview
- Face to Face Interview
- Completion of personal evaluation form/Technically tested
- Provision of interview notes and original CV.
- Arrangement of interviews.
- Regular contact and counselling.
- Reference Checks.
J Isaac Recruit would on behalf of the client interview each candidate and a shortlist of acceptable candidates would be produced once the candidates have been selected and offers have been accepted regular contact would be sustained to ensure candidate is happy whilst working any notice period. The candidates will also receive full written confirmation of interviews, offers and rejection if necessary.
